IS THE SITE RELIABLE?

WHY DO THE PRODUCTS TAKE FROM 4 TO 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?

We work with quality products and competitive prices in the market, and for that we need to work with more than one supplier. Products can be shipped from different places, depending on the country you are and our stock availability.

Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they send it directly to your home.

 

DO ALL PURCHASES COME WITH A TRACKING CODE?

Yes. We only work with reliable suppliers that provide a tracking code for your safety and comfort.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

We send you the tracking code directly to your e-mail within 3 business days, usually before, because our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for this period.

If even after that period you have not received the tracking code, send us an email to: support@leatreestore.com INCLUDING your order number (something like #4321) and we will give you a position in a maximum of 24 hours .

 

I HAVE A DISCOUNT COUPON, HOW DO I USE IT?

Simple, when you get to checkout, you will have a field to fill in with the name of your Coupon, just complete this field and the discount will be calculated automatically.

If the discount still does not appear, check if you wrote it correctly, or send us an email to: support@leatreestore.com.
